Brivon Resources Inc. was incorporated in New York on July 16, 2026, and is registered with the New York Department of State under ID 7967981. The company is based at 16 Prag Blvd, Monroe, NY 10950.
The organization is focused on helping individuals access appropriate community and social-support resources. Brivon Resources is being developed to work with community partners and qualified service providers as part of that mission.
Brivon Resources is currently preparing for discussions with the Social Care Network (SCN) Lead Entity regarding participation as a Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) provider. This process is ongoing, and Brivon Resources is not yet an approved SCN provider.

We believe it is important to be transparent about where we are in that process, including the fact that our participation in New York's Social Care Network is still pending.
